  1. Department : Accounting and Administration. Report to Supply chain-Inbound team leader
  
  2. JOB PURPOSE
  
  - Follow up daily Inbound Operation; Logistic cost recording and summary;
  - HN office Administration, expense control
  
  3. AUTHORITY/ SCOPE
  - Financial :
  + Logistic cost summary
  + Office Expense control
  - Non-Financial
  
  - Follow up & handle issue related to shipment in Inbound Operation
  - Propose solutions base on actual situation
  - Follow up & review activities of 3PLs
  
  4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  
  - Daily tasks :
  Create shipment details/ customs clearance process
  Follow up & keep smoothly daily shipment
  Logistic cost upload & controlling
  Inventory issues follow up
  Ha Noi administration handling & expense control
  
  -Monthly tasks :
  System implementation and customization
  OE projects from inbound to outbound (SOP, cost reduction, maintanance...)
  Reports preparation (for BOMs, Monthly meeting, GOMs…)
  
  5. Support other departments, Teamate (A&A), Subordiate
  
  6. Communication
  
  -Supporting, Explaining with internal parties in procedure & information sharing
  -Dealing new quotation/ sharing cost with 3PLs and BSCAP, set up and control cost…
