  1. Tư vấn và tìm mặt bằng thích hợp để mở Nhà Hàng của Công ty
  2. Thực hiện việc setup nhà hàng và quyết định phong cách nhà hàng phù hợp với văn hóa và khách hàng Việt Nam.
  3. Xây dựng mục tiêu kinh doanh của Nhà Hàng.
  4. Tạo chương trình Marketing của Nhà Hàng và tiến hành thực hiện
  5. Quản lý chất lượng món ăn, vệ sinh An toàn thực phẩm của Nhà Hàng
  6. Quản lý các Ca làm việc tại Nhà Hàng để đảm bảo việc Hoạt động của Nhà Hàng được suôn sẻ.
  7. Thiết lập kế hoạch tuyển dụng nhân viên và huấn luyện nhân viên tại Nhà Hàng
  8. Tìm kiếm thêm các nhà cung cấp cho Nhà Hàng và giữ mối quan hệ tốt với các nhà cung cấp
  9. Quản lý toàn bộ chi phí của Nhà Hàng
  10. Thông báo tình hình hoạt động của Nhà Hàng với Công ty Mẹ mỗi ngày, mỗi tuần, mỗi tháng
