  <Design Molds>
  
  Design molds, components, sub-assemblies, and full assemblies based on internal and customer design standards and manufacturing requirements.
  
  Support production needs through enhancing and upgrading existing production tools for optimal output and quality
  
  As required, work with suppliers on problem tools to find solutions to increase uptime, reduce maintenance, etc.
  
  Work directly with purchasing, project engineering, manufacturing and other necessary groups as a cross functional team to develop mold/tooling solutions.
  
  Adhere to all corporate engineering standards including but not limited to documentation and file management.
  
  Autonomously plan and schedule own daily tasks, develop solutions to problems utilizing education, experience, and judgment.
