  - Since establishing in 1969 (about 50 years), we are proud of 60% ~ 70% market share in Japan as manufacturer of refractory metal, and in Japan there are 3 factories · 5 sales offices.
  - Currently, our products are used in petrochemical plants and cement plants around the world such as Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa etc.
  - In November 2016, we constructed a Vietnam factory and are working to expand our business mainly in Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Korea, Taiwan, etc.).

  "To manage 3 Vietnamese staffs instead of Japanese managers"
  They have 1 Japanese CEO and 1 female sales manager, but they often go to business trip and
  when they are on a business trip, there is no one to manage and give directions in the office(the
  3rd position from the 2 Japanese).

  Management of 3 Vietnamese staffs＋ Jobs below
  - Calculate and control any costing

  - Hear the detail of estimation request content(written in English)from clients
  - Consult HQ in Japan & Factory in Vietnam, while costing the products that matched the
  conditions based on instructions / drawings
  - Create a quotation (in English)
  - Ask their supplier for quotation
  - Manage sales, quotation list, etc.
