Job Description
01 person: Place of work most of project in HCM.
01 Person : Place of work most of project in Huế, Đà Nẵng, Nha Trang (Main : Huế)
- Make estimates, MEP estimates for each package.
- Check the value of the MEP estimate from the TVIT unit.
- Engage in value optimization and design solutions.
- Check the payment records related to the MEP for each package.
- Participating in selecting and building potential suppliers during the project implementation
- Check payment / settlement records for consulting or construction units managed by TKDA.
- Comment on the optimization of the design for the benefit of the Group.
- Check payment / settlement records for construction contractors under the authority of the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare regarding work related to the work of the MEP Project.
- Perform other duties as assigned by T.BP's direct supervisor and the Director of the Department of Management.
- Assign and supervise the implementation of subordinate positions according to the organizational chart.
- Proposing consulting contractor, supplier of materials and equipment for prestigious projects.
- Can attend regular meetings to have detailed information on the progress and plan for project implementation.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education & Certificate : Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical engineering, ; Obtained a Valuation Engineer certificate
- Experience: Have at least 3 years experience in this field.
- Language: Read and understand specialized materials

- Have the skills to plan, organize and supervise the work.
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and report.
- Good communicated ability.
- The ability to disassemble.
- Know the regulations, the State Law on bidding.
- Have general knowledge of construction activities, control arise.
- Have cost management skills in construction.
- Ability to negotiate well.
- Problem solving and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of office software, specialized software
- Understand cost estimates
- Ability to work independently or in a team and under high pressure
