    - Contact with head office in Japan and foreign suppliers
    - Making up estimation and Invoice, shipping documents (B/L )
    - Order receiving / shipping correspondence
    - Data input / check
    - Delivery schedule adjustment
    - Procurement of materials
    - Process slips and organize

    * Note:
    This position is to replace for current employees in pregnant, so it will be 1-year contract

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST HAVE>
    - Age: under 30 years old
    - Major: Import-Export/ International Trading or related to Supply Chain/Logistics
    - Language: English fluency or Japanese (N2 level) (mainly contact via email)
    - Personality: active, positive thinking, and passion in Sales

    <PLUS >
    - Documentation Staff experience
    - Fluency in both Japanese and English

    Upper-Intermediate Level
