Job Description
PURPOSE:
- MSIG Vietnam’s website development and implementation
- Operation/maintenance of the website once implemented
- Website enhancements
- Training to related parties
CONTEXT: All operations and processes in the whole Company and branches.
KEY OUTPUTS:
1. Support MSIG VN Branding team, regional team and global agencies on overall website revamp and implementation throughout the campaign period
2. Be able to support MSIG VN Branding team to upload/update content, pages, service messages, etc. via Drupal CMS. (training will be provided)
3. Be on standby to make changes that require hard coding (PHP programming) in the event agency is not able to make certain changes urgently and would require immediate support in-house
4. Work with global agencies directly for troubleshooting and feature enhancements
5. Reviews Search engine Optimization (SEO) performance and work with agency to optimise and constantly improve the website
6. Other tasks as per assigned by superiors and other office work as required by the Company
Qualifications
Requirement
QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate in IT at a well-known university
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Familiarity with Drupal Content Management System (CMS)
- Have knowledge on PHP coding (base level of Drupal)
- Understand and can work with HTML / HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
- Able to do web analytics (Google Analytics) and have SEO-related knowledge
- Advantageous to have experience in digital marketing and communications i.e. able to do copy-writing, read and understand digital media plans
- Able to converse and write in fluent English
EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of experience in Drupal administration, troubleshooting and development.
