  • Job Description

    - Full spectrum of finance functions for a portfolio of companies under a business unit in accordance with statutory requirements, company policies and procedures.
    - This includes timely preparation and accurate reporting of financial matters / results, management reports / BU KPIs to the BU head, analysis of results, forecast / budgeting, review of management accounts and submissions to the relevant Group Finance Reporting teams in Singapore on a timely basis.
    - Liaise with auditors and tax consultants on audit and taxation matters.
    - Required to assist in due diligence of potential projects as well as review and implement improvements to finance policies, internal controls, systems, processes.
    - Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - English intermediate (internal communication with Singaporean)
    - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and possess a relevant Degree in Accountancy or related discipline
    - Have at least 5 years’ relevant working experience
    - Good knowledge in IFRS and well-versed in VAS, Vietnam tax and other regulatory requirements
    - Hands-on and able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
    - Possess strong analytical skills and be meticulous with a high level of integrity.
    - Experience in real estate and SAP / BPC will be an advantage.
