• Job Description

  A qualified Advertising Analyst will be working in Client Support Department, in which he/she will help to smoothe internal processes of supporting clients. He/she will contribute to:
  1. improve skills and knowledge of other staffs.
  2. make sure that we use all our tools effectively
  3. boost integration and understanding between QC development department and client support/clients.
  
  Basically the person must be really experienced in Google AdWords and media advertising as well (this option is preferred, but not really obligatory now). He/she will be responsible for internal training programs (and thus for internal documentation as well), work efficiency measurements, preparing information about our advertising system development for our clients. For this we need to analyze a lot of data and calculate performance indicators.
  
  - Understand clients' requirements (for example, the industries/categories that we are strong at in our advertising ecosystem, how clients perceive our advertising channel effectiveness, client size distribution).
  - Understand users and their online behaviours (for example, who they are, what they search for, if there is something special about them compared to the market in general) and provide suitable support to clients.
  - Understand needs of company's clients (business goals, tools and reports required and so on)
  - Develop campaigns for increasing company’s revenue (by increasing competition for keywords and number of clients - together with the sales people, for example).
