  • Job Description

    I- PRIMARY FUNCTION
    • Recruit, monitor, manage, and motivate Sales Team to achieve sales targets given
    • Responsible to all related activities of sales team
    • Operate information, forecast and distribute goods to store system
    • Manage and make the schedule and number of headcounts of sale staff in store system
    • Manage information of customers and customer service
    • Train, coach, and monitor closely to given Retail KPIs; ensure service standards and brand image Dior as a top luxury cosmetics brand

    II- ROLES & RESPONSIBLITY
    A- MANAGE ALL RETAIL RELATED ACTIVITIES:
    • Inform sale target and enforce the sales team to achieve individual as well as store’s target
    • Report daily – weekly and monthly to update for BOD and brand principle
    • Weekly meeting to update performance of all stores and staffs
    • Conduct report monthly to submit to BM & brand principle
    • Manage and provide monthly report the given expense to be in line with budget for sales team

    B- STOCK MANAGEMENT:
    • Ensure to analyze and provide accurate stock for stores:
    • Be responsible for allocate stock and new arrival items to all stores
    • Analyze slow moving products, phase out to push sales
    • Order stock for stores on weekly basic to all stores
    • Transfer internal goods: Geodis warehousestore
    • Analysis sale data to understand contribution of product, franchise, launch
    • Train staff on product quality control at stores in terms of quantity and quality.

    C- MANAGE SALE STAFFS
    • Propose incentive programs to motivate sales an all sale staffs and generate sales
    • Report and analyze the effectiveness of all incentives programs on weekly and monthly basic
    • Collect, check and confirm working hours, commission & incentive payment to BM & HR Dept.
    • Motive and ensure sales team’s performance
    • Follow up with HRD to manage staff transferring and recruitment
    • Regular conduct training and coaching to sale team and new staffs.

    D- MANAGE CUSTOMER DATA
    • Analysis customer data base to serve business objectives, update and provide Customer Data to brand team and BGM and liaise with marketing to Follow Zone guideline to build & implement CRM program to strengthen customer’s loyalty
    • Checking KPI and report the efficient of collecting customer information of Sales teamE- MANAGE RETAIL KPIs
    • Be able to conduct regional Retail Training program (Addict to Retail) or any updated Retail Management program given from regional
    • Regularly coach and prepare report to ensure staffs are followed and % growth of retail KPI.

    E- MANAGE RETAIL KPIs

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    * Must have:
    - Education: Bachelor Degree or advanced
    - Experience as a Retail Manager in Cosmetics & Perfumery area (at least 1 year)
    - Experience at management level
    - Experience and knowledge of Retail Sales, PR & Marketing
    - Language: fluent in the English – both written and spoken because you have to report to BOD (Vietnamese & foreigners)

    * Skills:
     Computer skills: Office & especially must be master in Excel
     Good communication skills and be able to present in seminar, coaching sale team
