    THE ROLE
    Assist Brand Manager (BM) to develop, plan and execute all marketing activities, operation jobs and manage wholesales channel (perfumery) to achieve brand target

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * BRAND & MARKETING MANAGEMENT (50%):
     Achieve & be accountable for assigned targets – up to final P&L contribution level by counter and channel
     Develop brand specific marketing calendar
     Conceptualize, plan and ensure timely implementation of launches, promotions and brand specific animations, consumer events
     Prepare annual A&P budget and manage expenditure
     Develop and provide marketing collaterals (i.e POS, display etc)
     Devise customer recruitment plans for each brand – e.g Workshops, Promotional activities…
     Devise customer retention programs and CRM and brand-specific activities to drive brand sales
     Ensure and maximize monthly brands exposure on both digital & print media
     Prepare/ review monthly promo plan and communicate to sales team and promoters
     Liaise closely with principle, business partners and third party suppliers
     Develop strategic plan, execute, coordinate sales & marketing activities
     Review and track on marketing activities and ensure the effectiveness of each promo campaign
     Prepare all required reports for brand, sales & marketing performance
     Review competitors marketing activities and analyze data to drive sales performance
     Apply for promotion license & follow up closely with retailer on any promo activity

    * PR & PARTNERSHIP/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (20%):
     Develop strong and good relationship with the media, KOLs and Beauty loggers
     Conceptualize, plan and implement PR launches, press kits, releases…
     Increase share of voice & maximize PR coverage
     Compilation and valorization of press coverage by brand-especially key launches and animations
     Work with appropriate business partner for branding, customer acquisition and sales & marketing partnership

    * E-COMMERCE (30%):
     Accountable for online marketing campaigns and operation activities of all related channels (media, marketplace, campaign own platforms)
     Handle Stock management for E-commerce channel
     In charge of Supply chain and order process management
     Accountable for Customer service/ Customer experience management
     Accountable for payment collection Recruit, develop, train subordinates to develop E-commerce
     E-commerce: includes Website, Marketplace, CRM, Media & other Digital/online platforms and its back-end system

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    * Must have:
    - Education: Bachelor Degree or advanced, major related to Sales & Marketing
    - Experience: Minimum 2 years experiences in the beauty and fragrance industry
    - Experience at least 1 year as a Brand Executive
    - Experience and knowledge of Retail Sales, PR & Marketing, E-commerce
    - Language: fluent in the English – both written and spoken

    * Skills:
     Sharp skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel & Power point)
     Strong attention to detail
     Able to work on own initiative
     Demonstrates a "Can Do” Attitude
     Energetic, entrepreneurial and desire to progress in this industry
