  • Job Description

    1. Performance Management:
    • Organizing Briefing Session on Performance Management Process in preparation for 03 phases: setting Goals, mid-year review, year-end review for all staffs
    • Provide ongoing support and explanation to employees on Performance Management process and follow-up to ensure effective and timely implementation of the process.
    • Participate in the implementation of on-going improvement plan for whole process; standardize all kinds of forms and correspondence relating to the process.
    • Timely identify issues and propose remedies to ensure whole process is implemented properly and efficiently.
    • Support all gather performance evaluation document & analyses its result
    • Support to process data analysis for productivity improvement
    2. Training and development:
    • Provide ongoing coaching and support to manager and staff to identify specific learning/development needs so as staff’s development goals can be achievable.
    • Review, consolidate and share staff’s learning/ development needs
    • Participate in identifying, developing training strategy/ initiatives
    • Organize the conduction of training need survey and analysis for all department to make sure the training programs provide them with necessary knowledge and skill to conduct daily activities effectively.
    • Design training program as the training development process, to ensure high quality training courses are professionally produced and transferred to staffs in good quality and timely manners.
    • Coordinate with manager to make the certification & development plan (yearly, quarterly, monthly) for new trainers & conductor.
    • Provide training/ coaching to supervisors, trainers when necessary.
    • Review relevant policies and/ or processes related to training and propose changes for improvement if any.
    • Identify and design career roadmap for all employees’ level
    • Conduct training programs to staffs
    • Any other task/projects assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor degree (preferred HR Management)
    • At least 3-5 years-experience in human resources or training management. (Prefer 3 years working as a Trainer/ training program Developer)
    • Skills:
    + Good organization and planning skills
    + Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skill
    + Fluent in English and Vietnamese
    + Familiar with Excel, Word, and Power Point
    + Good managing people skill and teamwork
