    - Build relations & connect to key industries
    - Define best practices for blockchain technology adoption and implementation.
    - In conjunction with external consultants, partners, develop and implement a transaction model and standards plan for blockchain applications.
    - Collaborate with use case working groups to review requirements and define next-gen system solutions addressing Blockchain market needs.
    - Leading business development team and also marketing team to achieve goals and targets

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Minimum 5-7 year experience in business development, and more than 5 year experience in managerial role.
    - Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science.
    - Experience with blockchain platforms or new technology solutions.
    - Business analysis, requirements management, project management and product management skills.
    - High level understanding of technology in general and Blockchain specifically.
    - A technology and developer background is an advantage.
    - Enthusiasm for working in a space full of unknown unknowns, pivoting as needed, and being comfortable with not knowing the end state.
    - Teamwork, flexibility, initiative, networking, communication and organisation competencies.
    - Passion for emerging business & technology models.
    Other Skills
    - Advanced English skills.
    - Sound technical background
    - Strong interest in and passionate for blockchain technology.
