    ・Make arrange interview for the candidate and interview them
    ・Calculate for staff working time and salary every month
    ・Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
    ・Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ＜MUST＞
    -Experience: 2 years as HR staff
    -Have motivation for this position, especially to do all task by only you
    -Language: Japanese(N3 advanece) or English(Intermediate level)
    -Interested in Food industry or Restaurant management
    <WANT>
    -Experience: HR in Restaurant industry or Foreing company has around 50 employee
    -Experience: Did HR task by only you(There is no staffs in HR)
