Job Description
1. Job purpose:
- By communication with Japanese customer to ensure their requirement will be done as their request.
2. Reporting line: Department Manager
3. Responsibilities:
- Working, negotiating, discussing, talking with customers to get user requirements or/and to explain the troubles, project scope, system design, etc. to them in Japanese
- Requirement translation and transfer to Team members.
- Participating in the analysis, design and Test phase.
- On behalf of Leader to lead project if request.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education level: University graduated.
- Working experience: Over 2 years with BSE position for Japanese Customer
- At least 01 year experience in .NET C# programming.
- Language and/or dialect: Japanese (N2) above.
- Desired personal qualities: Good teamwork and communication.
- Progress management skill, documentation skill and testing skill are required.
- Self-awareness and confidence
- Sense of responsibility, result-oriented and deadline commitment.
- Ready for Short time Onsite Support /Over sea biz trip if company request.
