  • Job Description

    - Take full responsibility for import and export activities (Import - Export, B / O, customs report).
    - Responsible for logistics, import and export of the factory.
    - Together with production planning staff, plan and track the production plan. Control the delivery progress
    - Control inventory, balance inventory and calculate purchase order. Work with suppliers, customers on order, delivery.
    - Track materials, machinery, tools and tools. Coordinate with the service provider to make reports and liquidation with the Customs and other relevant agencies.
    - Working with forwarders.
    - Contact with suppliers, customers about export documents
    - Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Graduated from college or university majors in related field.
    - Good English communication (email, phone).
    - Japanese skill ; N3~N2 level
    - Experienced in import and export, logistics for at least 3 years. Proficiently using VNACCS electronic customs declaration.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft office
    - Agile, honest and committed to working long term with the compa
