  • Job Description

    - Support Relationship Manager to maintain and develop business relationship with clients in order to increase the Bank’s benefits
    - Co-operate with other departments to provide good services to clients
    - Follow up client’s request in daily transaction, solving customer’s problems.
    - Ensure the satisfaction of client’s requirements and government’s regulations as well as Bank’s compliance
    - Other duties required by Dept. Head and Team Leader.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - University degree in economics, banking and finance.
    - Native Japanese, Fluent English
    - Having at least 03 years of working experiences, preferable in Banking & Finance sector, well understand both Japanese and Vietnamese working environment and working culture, the differences between two countries and how to neutralize them.
    - Good skills in sales negotiation as well as solving problems
    - Excellent computer skill
    - Good sense of team work and responsibility, able to work under high pressure with accuracy.
