• Job Description

  * Major task
  - Responsible for Maintenance and Development of IT Application serve business operation
  - Cooperate with parent company for implementing IT project in company (if any)
  
  * Job detail
  -Monitor the system performance and cooperate with stackholder/vendor to resolve all issues regarding to Application
  -Receive the request/take requirement from user/cross team, do consolidation , cooperate with stakeholder/ vendor provide the solution or
  work around based on understand/research system features for system customization/deployment (if any)
  - Research to suggest value application serve for company business operation/reduce workload for staff
  - take administration role for Sharepoint portal : unitlize good features, improve/maximize remain resource base on understand system feature, research, optimize and propose the improvement solution
  - Co-operate with users and vendors to do the testing, UAT and implement the new system feature/enhancement
  - Manage IT project : timeline, tasks, resource, risk assessment (if any)
  - Database administrator (backup, recovery, performance management)
