    - There are 3 Japanese managers.
    - Need to work with Japanese manager to learn about job for the first couple of months.
    (There will be Vietnamese interpreter.)
    - For future, they want to rise up Vietnamese factory manager.
    - Now they have about 100 employee in the factory.
    - This position will be the highest position (Factory manager) in factory.

    - Have experiences as a supervisor/manager/team leader in factory (Any field is acceptable)
    - Good understanding of Japanese culture/thoughts and business manner
    - Willing to be factory manager in near future
