Job Description
- Supervise production line
- Supervise HR works, labor calculation and plan. Follow up and evaluate employee's capabilities.
- Supervise equipment situation, materials to maintain production plan.
- Estimate production costs and establish quality criteria, objectives.
- Handle feedback, complaints from client and supplier.
- Do report and plan for production line.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor in Engineering, Mechanical, Management...
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position, minimum age of 30
- Able to communicate in Japanese ( at least N3)
- Leadership, organization skill, have strategic vision
- Have sense of responsibility, can work under pressure
- Willing to handle any problem during production process at anytimeEnglish Level
