• Job Description

  -1 staff (before we got placement) will have maternity leave from November. When she come back to this company, you will work with her together.
  
  ●Your task is mainly Liquidation task in this position
  -Confirm agreement between the number of declarations and the number of stocks in importing and exporting.
  -Gathering all import and export declarations : checking quantity, sorting declarations, inspecting,..
  -Comparing quantity of export between SAP and Vnaccs after deducting some invoices which don't export to abroad yet. Though those shipment is declared with customs.
  -Comparing quantity of import in Vnaccs and SAP after deducting some invoices have separating quantity in month
  -Making norm production : requesting norm with plan department, receiving norm from export person.
  -Processing liquidation on Vnaccs
  -Exporting report after processing
  -Finding a cause why Vnaccs occur minus figures and adjust them
  -Finding a cause why SAP & Vnacc occur difference ( plus & minus figures).
  -Adjusting SAP's figure & Vnacc's figure is equal while there is no any justification
  -Adjusting norm production for being suitable with amended differences
  -Checking scrap list to modify norm production.
  -Checking data of document from NCVH monthly

  ‐Importing parts and Exporting products
  ‐Daily work : Declare import using the system 'VNACCS'.
  -'VNACCS' is a system for declaring export and import.
  -Prepare documents and manage coefficients related to import and export.
  ‐There is no contact with customers, but do internal tasks.
