  • Job Description

    -Manage all activities of Maintenance department.
    -Manage free maintenance work from receiving project after Handed over from installation department as New Sale contract.
    -Manage maintenance work as maintenance contract.
    -Set up targets/plans for department and proceed to achieve it.
    -Make plan for recruitment to adapt workload.
    -Make plan for spare part stocking.
    -Training, improve skill for all department members.
    -Coordinate with all internal department to share information and support each other.
    -Regularly review project plan then take correct action quickly, effective.
    -Regularly review safety solution, maintenance quality. Develop efficient measurements, tools or procedures to improve efficiency and performance of department.
    -Strictly comply with company’s compliance policy.
    -Attend training in domestic or over sea which arranged by company.
    -Report to GM timely.
    -Tasks assigned by GM.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    -Graduated University of Mechanical/Electrical/Project management.
    -Good skill of English communication (Upper intermediate level) with customer and mainly internal comunication
    -At least 5 years experiences in elevator field and 2 year experiences in similar position.
    <Better>
    -Good at using MS office.
