• Job Description

  1) Lead project
  ・ If effort for manage project describe in below less than 8 hours per day, need to manage more other project or do some tasks as developer (make BD, DD, Coding, Test ...)
  2) Manage project:
  ・ Create and verify project estimation
  ・ Create project plan and WBS base on customer requirement and give control
  ・ Keep project detail schedule
  ・ Communication with customer to run project.
  ・ Discuss with customer to get clear requirement to make sure match source code
  ・ Make sure all members full task anytime
  ・ Set-up training plan for new member joining project
  ・ Assign task and control progress of team member
  ・ Manage and solve risk/issue of project
  ・ Manage requirement change
  ・ Ensure project quality target (include TTV KPI & customer request quality standard)
  ・ Provide report of project to customer/internal
  ・ Follow process of project
  3) Responsibility:
  ・ Responsibility for progress and quality of project.
  ・ Cover for team members if they don't complete task/solve problem.
  ・ If have any problem that can not solve, escalate to direct manager or above to get support.
  4) Training support
  ・Conduct on-board training program as trainer
  ・Contribute for technology training program
  ・Join share knowhow/technology, make process for company.
