    - Assignment and supervision of technicians
    - Implement on production plan, control progress of production plan in plastic casting.
    - Deploying improvement projects, machine performance, casting cycle, improving productivity and quality.
    - Checking new machine conditions, trainning new technicians
    - Managing team of 30 Staffs

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male / Female, age from 26 to 32, graduated from University of related majors.
    - Minimum 2 years experience in equivalent position.
    - Experienced in Japan plastic molding industry.
    - Good command of English, Japanese is advantage
    - Can work under high pressure, open-minded, active, decisive, eager for innovation
    - Good health, friendly, enthusiastic, hardworking.
    - Working under high presure
    - Working in hot and noisy enviroment
