Qualifications

• Requirement

   Bachelor degree in architectural university or equivalent
   Have at least 5years experience in architect, with hands-on knowledge and experience in building design
   Have working experience with foreign companies
   Knowledge of international codes and standards related to building engineering
   Good at computer and communication skills, CAD software and a strong attention to detail
   Knowledge of MS Office  Required levels of Japanese & English languages:
  • English: TOEIC score is 750
  • Japanese: N3【Not must, English is must)
   Proactive, high responsible, open-minded, self-motivated, industrious and honest
   Willing to travel to other provinces for meeting with clients, suppliers and other partners
   Trustworthy and have good sense of handling sensitive information
   Has background of EPC project of pharmaceutical
