  • Job Description

    Develop Epson TM & label printers into one of key market leaders in Vietnam.

    <Pre sales>
    - Provide training to reseller engineers on POS firmware, POS Andriod/IOS applications, label software (eg: Bartender), label printer CPP calculator etc.
    - Provide technical consultation to key end users on the integration of Epson TM & label printers into its printing solution.
    - Product troubleshooting. Respond to end user’s complaint on product performance.
    - Work with ESP pre sales to implement customized POS firmware. Understand & gather requirements, correspond with ESP pre sales, test & roll out firmware.
    - Source and perform basic compatibility test of 3rd party media for label printers.
    - Provide technical support at public events like exhibitions & seminars.
    <Business development>
    - Channel mapping. Support to identify, assess & appoint channel partners.
    - End user market mapping – large corp, key verticals; POS & labels. Direct end user engagement to assess needs and promote products.
    - Conduct regular sales calls targeting top resellers.
    <Product Management & Marketing>
    - Market intelligence. Track, gather, analyse & report market trend & competitor activities.
    - Support all ATL (eg: advertising) & BTL (eg: public events) sales promotions. Review & analyse ROI.
    - Conduct sales training.
    - Price management. Channel pricing communications. Support price discount management.
    - Sales forecasting

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    ●Education
    - Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing/Computer Studies/Electrical & Electronic or equivalent from a recognized institution.
    ●Experience
    - At least 3 years of working experience in the in the POS and/or industrial label industry in a technical sales &/or product marketing capacity.
    ●Language
    - Intermediate level of English: for company communication
    Must be willing to travel and meet customer.
     Must have good presentation and communication skills (both written & spoken) in native & English language.
     Independent, highly motivated, pro-active and result oriented.
