• Job Description

  - Control the implementation of production plan
  - Ensure the compliance to labour regulations and company’s code of conduct
  - Manage and report on the costs and usage of materials and equipment
  - Prepare production plan and assign to groups and staffs
  - Manage and supervise the assignments of workers, groups and the whole department
  - Participate in company’s projects
  - Collaborate with Sales and Planning to build the quarterly and annual production plan
  - Report on the progress and performance of Production Department
