  <Pay attention>
  1. 80% clients are Vietnamese company, 20 % foreign(including Japanese) company
  2. 50% following up clients and 50% developing clients
  3. No commission but have a performance bonus
  
  <Job summary>
  Their service is a cleaning service for building and they send some cleaning staff.
  - Developing new clients via introduction from existing clients and cold call
  - Promoting their cleaning service to a building owner or building management company
  - Negotiating and updating an annual contract for existing clients
  - Solving problems for the existing clients about cleaning staff and service quality
  
  <Job detail>
  • To provide efficient supportes services for the clients
  • To be a “switchboard operator” metaphoricaly
  • To be a capable butler
  • To carry out daily walk-through report and resolution for defects (if any)
  • To manage and maintain the relationship with subcontractors
  • To coordinate with the subcontractors in conducting frequency PPMs
  • To record and manage utilities bills.
  • To tracking and mamage ofice stationaries
  • To provide food and beverage as request and manage the report.
  • To manage the Financial Invoices & support FM in procurement as assigned
  • To retain the good condition of office/ COB office/ non-operating office furnitures.
