  Specific processes and tasks
  • Participate in daily US/VN project status meetings
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of all aspects of the project requirements and iterations
  • Participate in the weekly meeting with the GM, other PMs and the Technical Leads to understand the team dynamics and challenges being faced, and provide support for them
  • Maintain task details in our project management software system and perform daily reviews to ensure all team members are on task and accurately reporting their time and effort
  • Answer team questions rapidly and effectively and ensure the US PMs are responsive and delivering the answers and details needed to keep projects moving smoothly
  • Conduct post mortems after each iteration or other period as appropriate, to assess the results and discuss team performance and methods for improvement
