• Job Description

  ●Report directly to Japanese General Director.
  • Developing business plans to cover sales revenue for Vietnam market, promote organization’s presence as well as products to precision machining companies
  • Take the responsible for designated accounts, area by regularly visiting, proposing new products, new solution to meet the requirement of customers.
  • Expand business opportunities by seeking new potential customers and enhance position with existing accounts with the target to increase market coverage.
  • Conduct the survey and review of market trends, so as to develop an appropriate sales strategy and pricing policy to capture bigger market share.
  • Be responsible for monitoring and managing the performance of sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications including sales reports, cycle sales meetings and account plans.
  
  ✔90% client will be Japanese clients, 10% client will be other foreign clients and Vietnamese clients
