  • Job Description

    * Department: Legal and Compliance
    * Report directly to: Assistant Manager, Legal and Compliance
    * Report indirectly to: VP, Legal and Compliance and General Director

    * JOB PURPOSE
    To provide Legal and Compliance advice for relevant departments in the company as well as enhance employees awareness about Legal and compliance issues

    * CHALLENGE
    This position has to handle urgent tasks sometimes with tight deadline

    * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    - Support for Adopting, launching and enhancing new policies/guidelines/other projects
    - Summary and update new regulations to related function/department timely
    - Project/Ad-hoc assignments
    - Draft/Review documents related company operation based on Legal & Compliance Perspective Translate into Vietnamese/English if requested
    - Comply with interal policies/legal regulation and communicate efficiency with other departments

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    < MUST HAVE >
    - Bachelor of Law Degree from a reputable university. Qualified to practice law in Vietnam is preferred
    - 4 - 5 years experience related to Legal job at foreign company
    - Excellent written and verbal skills in English
    - Logical thinking, strong analytical, communication skill
    - Careful, integrity, active, willing to work under high pressure
    - Good discipline and team working spirit
    - Office Informatics technology
