    Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý công việc và nhân sự của phòng.
    Lập kế hoạch năm và xây dựng Budget, đánh giá Budget mỗi quý.
    Đảm bảo an toàn cho toàn bộ máy móc và thiết bị trong Nhà máy.
    Cập nhật và xây dựng cải tiến máy móc và tự động hàng năm.
    Quản lý tồn kho tối thiếu (MOQ).
    Thực hiện tuyệt đối quy trình công việc và ứng dụng 5S.
    Các công việc khác trao đổi khi phỏng vấn.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Graduated from University with Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Power, Automatic Power.
    - At least 3 years experience in equivalent position in manufacturing companies, plastic or fiber industry is prefered.
    - English skill: Proficiency in reading technical documents.
    -Computer: CAD 2D, 3D, PLC programming, knowledge of inverter, solidwork.
    Priority for experienced candidates using software: CMMS, ERP, ...
    Job Skills: Management skills; Training skills; Planning and reporting skills.
    Soft skills: problem solving skills; Organizational skills; Negotiation skills; Judgment and decision making skills; Skills assessment, analysis
