  • Job Description

    The successful candidate must be able to:
    - Handle sales orders processing according to Cut-off time
    - Ensure month-end closing task with deadline
    - Manage Third party logistics services
    - Advice sales team on promotion conduction related to payment methods, tax requirements
    - Check promotion proposal and control applying the promotion into sales orders
    - Account receivable management.
    - Resolve logistics issues related to sales orders, delivery, dealers’ requirements
    - Communicate with the warehouse regarding delivery, additional services
    - Resolve customer inquiries/ concerns professionally about account receivable, promotion/discount/rebate deduction
    - Communicate daily with sales, accounting and other departments.
    - Ensure every tasks are in line with company policies/requirements as well as in compliance with any VN laws and Bridgestone Corp. requirements
    - Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales, rebate calculation and related reports.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    * Must have
    - Experience:
    + Background: Accounting/ Finance
    + 4 years of experience in similar jobs; Finance is a must
    + Have knowledge of account receivable
    + Excellent computer skills (especially excel)
    - Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Vietnamese and English

    * Skills:
    - Excellent follow up skills
    - Ability to succeed in a high-pressured, fast paced environment
    - Able to prioritize and multi-task
