    They have 10 sales members(including Manager), 6 warehouse staff, and 3 workers.
    There are 3 division(Administration, Sales, Manufacturing) and each divisions has each managers(more than 15 managers in total)
    You are going to belong to Sales Division
    ●Report to Japanese General Manager (in English)
    - Planning: Annual Business Plan, policy, personnel, legal issues
    - Parts Development: policy, warehouse plan
    - Parts Marketing: digital marketing, promotion, marketing materials.
    - Dealers Management: dealers data
    - Inventory: stock, order, payment
    - Claim solving
    - ISO, Dealer management system

    ✔The warehouse is inside the company
    ✔Parts Sales Manager is lower than only General Managers and Directors.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ●Language: English (can communicate with Japanese manager in English (all needed: writing, reading, listening, speaking))
    ●Experience
    - More than 5 year-experience in automobile field
    - At least 2 year-experience of sales manager
