  • Job Description

    Reporting line: Sales Department (NSM), Marketing Department, Finance/ HR if need.
    Role: Lead the sales representatives to hit the sales target follow sales strategy, objectives and tactis of the company in the assigned regions.
    Coordinate with other departments effectively in implementing business objectives

    Accountability:
    Take full responsibility in sales activities even authorize for others to implement.
    Update procedures, implementation methods & coaching staff.
    Attend training programs organized by Sales and A&A department.
    The right to propose sales activities to improve sales performance in assigned regions.
    The right to sign for request payment of sales staffs compliance with company policy.
    The right to use sales budget as planed.
    The right to join the meeting of the other departments
    The right to coordinate of staffing process and assign the tasks of under staff.
    The right to request for staff promotion, transfer or layoff.

    DUTY
    Follow the assigned tasks by supervisor.
    Coordinate with other departments to do tasks following the company process.
    Compliance with regulations and policies of the sales department and the company.

    Main tasks
    Spend 75% working time on field.
    Do field coaching and training for sales representative.
    Do assigned regions’s sales target and strategy .
    Make sales planning to achieve sales target
    Manage, control and motivate the sales representatives following company directions in the budget planned.
    Enforce sales management system to manage productivity, efficiency, achievement of staff and control sales budget.
    Propose sales booster programs to direct report.
    Assist Marketing department to do branding strategy
    Manage Distributors and typical fleets.
    Introduce potential candidate in assied regions.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Bachelor’s degree.
    2 years of experience in sales and management.
    Execellent personal and computer skill (microsoft office)
    •Good at English communication.
    Good understanding of company industry will be preferred.
    Love to work in tire/car industry
    •Able to analyse, plan, assign and check the work of staff.
    Be responsibility and progressive spirit.
    •Making commitments
    •Good discipline and team working spirit.
    •Know how to do staff coaching
    •Have management and motivation skills
