<What is the most expected role for this position?>
- To improve the ’Work efficiency’ and reduce overtime
- production planning → check whether production is going as planned → think about solutions and instruct line leader
☆Workers management, especially line leader
☆Discover the problem in the factory
☆Instruct to the leader or general worker to improve their task and to make them result problems
<Other task / not so important>
- Report Japanese every morning about progress of products by Vietnamese
- materials management
- QA/QC
- delivery control
☆Yamaken has been for 15 years, so many staff is not so young,
and their personality is little strict to new comer
→ So they want to hire those who can develop organization
Qualifications
Requirement
✔ No need language skill ( There is interpreter , also Japanese can speak Vietnamese a little)
→ However if CDD has language skill, salary is increased (EN or JP)
→ Client feels that CDD who can speak EN or JP can work good
<MUST>
・Prefer female more than 30 years old (Male is okay if the ability is really good)
・Working experience in garment industry more than 3 years
<WANT>
・English(conversational)(more prefer than Japanese)
・Japanese (N3)
・have production control experience
・can response smoothly to the not match figure or dimensions situation
☆More than 10 years experience in similar job will be plant leader, less than 5 years will be production control departmentEnglish Level
