    Market research for the clients
    Make a recruitment plan for getting candidates
    Recruitment for new RA and CA
    Establishes recruiting requirements by studying the client’s organization plans and objectives; and meeting with the CA Manager to discuss needs.
    Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
    Develop and execute recruiting plans
    Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
    Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
    Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
    Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
    Sources and initially screens potential candidates for job openings
    Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
    Identifying candidate’s skills gaps and how to deal with them
    Providing advice on resume, applications, job hunting and interview techniques;
    Providing appropriate advice to help the candidates understand the current job market
    Endorses shortlisted candidates to the Recruitment Adviser handling the client
    Arranges interviews by coordinating the schedules of both Client and Candidate
    Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
    Perform reference and background checks if required by the client
    Discussion of the offer package to the successful candidates.
    Ensuring that the individual KPIs are meet every month.
    Coordinates with Recruitment Adviser and Career Adviser Manager with regards to the recruitment process.
    Training the new CA

    Must have at least 1 year work experience

    Willing to work in Venture company
    Willing to work as CA Manager after 6 months
    Willing to grow up in work

    Strong decision-making skills
