Job Description
* Department
- Technical Service - Field Engineer Unit
- Report directly to: Field Engineer ASM
- Report indirectly to: Technical Service Manager; General Director
* JOB PURPOSE
- Understand well the department's directions and objectives. Follow the action plan and assignment from Supervisor to handle/lead teammates to achieve unit's goal & objectives.
- Take ownership and teamwork with related parties to contribute for company/team performance
* AUTHORITY/ SCOPE
- In charge technical matters in assigned territory (HCM Neighbor & South Eastern).
- Support P&M regarding evaluate and build up FC channel in Technical matters (BTTC/BTE/3S).
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ Marketing support-TB Family channel development
- Support to build up BTTC (Survey, Training, support tools)
- Study BTE program for TB FC
- Trial 3S model for TB FC
2/ PSR Competitor Survey
- Update information of new products by Count surveys/ Data import/ from SALE and P&M
- Allocate PIC to collect information/ NPI based on dealer and territory
- Collect data of products (key brands/ sizes/ pattern) in market, issue NPI
- Cooperate with IT to create data storage on share point
- Upload data into Share Point for all teams
3/ Support Market QA
- Goodwill program with collaboration of car makers
- Follow up goodwill program, confirmation and payment
- Build up explaination videos for common damages
4/ Field works in assigned territory
- Check claim tire, making reply letter, issue reply letter
- Field Test : include of make an appointment, checking, key in data, make report
- Training on site for dealer/family channel/end-user
- Handle team activities/projects in assigned territory
- Support Sale/P&M activities.
Qualifications
Requirement
< MUST HAVE >
- Bachelor Degree, major in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineer
- At least 1 year experience as Field Engineer in Automobile/Tire field or Machine maintenance
- Experienced in planing, Good problem solving
- Good English (spoken & written)
- Word, Excel, PPT, Good problem solving and communication skills are needed
- Willing to travel
- Good at computer skills and relevant software applications.

- Skills of market research, Claim tire handling, Training on site for dealer/family channel/end-user
- Strong technical background
- High logical, problem solving, customer orientatedEnglish Level
