Job Description 1. Phát triển kinh doanh: Tìm khách hàng mới, lập kế hoạch và nắm bắt cơ hội kinh doanh mới, đưa sản phẩm đến với khách hàng và doanh nghiệp mới

2. Dịch vụ Khách hàng:
 Xem lại danh sách tái tục để thông báo cho khách hàng
 Cung cấp báo giá cho khách hàng
 Ban hành chính sách bảo hiểm
 Tìm kiếm khách hàng mới, tiếp cận khách hàng, bán bảo hiểm và chăm sóc khách hàng
 Tổ chức các cuộc hội thảo về bảo hiểm phi nhân thọ (giải thích về chính sách bảo hiểm và thủ tục bồi thường)
 Phối hợp tổ chức các cuộc hội thảo quản lý rủi ro cho khách hàng hiện tại
 Tiếp cận rủi ro một cách hợp lý tại địa điểm của khách hàng để cung cấp báo giá, cùng với sự giúp đỡ của bộ phận kỹ thuật để thực hiện điều tra rủi ro

3. Phí bảo hiểm quá hạn
 Cập nhật tình trạng phí bảo hiểm còn nợ và theo dõi phí bảo hiểm quá hạn để đảm bảo thu phí đầy đủ và kịp thời

4. Quản trị kinh doanh:
 Báo cáo vấn đề bất thường với quản lý

5. Với các Bộ phận có liên quan:
 Hợp tác với Bộ phận yêu cầu bồi thường:
+ Giải quyết khiếu nại cho khách hàng theo đúng thủ tục của công ty;
+ theo dõi mọi trường hợp yêu cầu bồi thường;
+ tổ chức hội thảo quản lý rủi ro /khiếu nại, khảo sát rủi ro tại địa điểm của khách hàng
 Phối hợp với Phòng Bảo lãnh phát hành:
+ Làm việc với Phòng Xử lý Kinh doanh về các vấn đề vận hành;
+ Phối hợp với Phòng Bảo lãnh để báo giá và phạm vi bảo hiểm
+ Phối hợp với Kỹ sư Kiểm soát thiệt hại để tiến hành khảo sát rủi ro tại địa điểm của khách hàng.
 Phối hợp với bộ phận Nhân sự và Tài chính - Kế hoạch và phối hợp chặt chẽ với các phòng ban khác cho các sự kiện đặc biệt của Công ty.
 Phối hợp với chi nhánh tại Nhật Bản (Phòng Quốc tế và Phòng Tiếp thị) và các chi nhánh khác để kinh doanh.

6. Các công việc khác:
 Cập nhật xu hướng thị trường ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến hoạt động kinh doanh;
 Báo cáo bất kỳ vấn đề bất thường nào nếu có.
 Thực hiện các công việc văn phòng khác theo yêu cầu của Công ty
Required Qualifications BẰNG CẤP:
 Tốt nghiệp Đại học
 Tiếng Nhật thành thạo (N1)
 Tiếng Anh tốt

KỸ NĂNG:
 Có kỹ năng marketing tốt
 Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt

KINH NGHIỆM:
2 năm kinh nghiệm làm marketing bán sản phẩm Bảo hiểm phi nhân thọ sẽ được ưu tiên nhưng không bắt buộc.
