Job Description 1. Strategic planning
- Collaborate with the Board to develop vision, mission, core values, medium and long term goals.
- Operate the Divisions of the Company and set targets and targets for each department to ensure the achievement of the overall goal of the Company.
- Planning and taking responsibility for the results of business activities of the company: profit, direction and growth of the company.
- Planning strategies and personnel development plans

2. Executive Organization
- Implement marketing plan - Do business in accordance with the strategy, ensure the best results. Decide on programs that attract customers.
- Budgeting, cost norms for each department and business activities of the company short, medium and long term. To be responsible for financial indicators before the Board of Directors.
- Developing staffing plans, long and short-term human resources; directly recruiting personnel for the company.
- Organizing production activities of the company to achieve the planned objectives of output, product quality, production costs, development investment and other activities.
- Decide strategies, campaigns, brand development programs of the company.
- Decide on new products and diversify existing products.
Required Qualifications MUST:
1. Education: University, University or equivalent
2. Major: Economics / Foreign Trade / Business Administration / Accounting / Agriculture
3. Experience: ≥ 05 years in corporate management.
4. Knowledge:
- Mastering the knowledge and methods of organizing HR functions in the organization (personnel planning, recruitment, training, remuneration).
- Understanding the knowledge of administrative work in the organization.
Legal knowledge:
- To thoroughly understand the provisions of the labor law and the documents and regulations related to the management of labor and wages in the enterprise.
Knowledge of the organization
- Firmly grasp the structure of the company, the functions and duties of the unit in charge and general functions and tasks of related units.
- Firmly grasp the system of processes and regulations related to the field of charge
- Understand the organizational structure of the same units in the same industry.
5. Skills / Abilities:
- Planning skill. Knowledge of setting goals, work plans of the responsible field. Evaluate performance and make adjustments accordingly.
- Proficient in negotiation, negotiation with partners, customers.
- Analytical skills, problem solving: Analyze, identify the underlying causes of problems and solutions accordingly
