  ■Leading researcher team in Vietnam (currently 2 members)
  - Managing resource of the team
  - Improving of tool, operation, knowledge sharing, etc. in the team
  - Communicating with other teams in Vietnam office for better collaboration
  - Communicating with other offices (mainly Thailand and Indonesia)
  
  ■Quantitative study
  - Designing questionnaires, instruction to operation team
  - DP, tabulation
  - Reporting (graphs, open-ended coding, comments, suggestion)
  
  ■Qualitative study
  - Designing screener questions
  - Designing guide, instruction to moderator, outsourcings
  - Set-up qualitative platform (if it’s online board style)
  - Quality control of reporting (instruction to moderator)
  
  ■Others
  - Project management (progress and quality)
  - Clients communication
  - Presentation of the report to clients
  - Desk-top research
