  <Responsibility>
  - Responsible for developing firm wide design standards.
  - Oversees design presentations, monitors project design development and provides design direction.
  - knowledge of architecture practice with emphasis on design, building materials, construction methods.
  
  <Job Details>
  • Architectural design of Projects according to relevant standards;
  • Responsible for leading the design team of architects, designers and CAD technicians;
  • With assistance and through Board of Directors, establish strategic goals with design team;
  • Preparing design proposals, assigning project teams and
  participating in presentations and the whole design process from A-Z within project time frame;
  • Coordinating all works for internal teams and other such as architects, engineers and contractors during project
  • Review all projects to ensure that the Company’s philosophy and quality standards are being adhered to;
  • Maintain close contact with all staff
  • Lead the project team to develop architecture design solutions for projects;
  • Investigate options and alternatives for architecture design concepts;
  • Fully develop architecture design concepts and prepare with the project team
  documentation for tender and construction;
  • Plan designer work flow.
