  -Responsible for managing members and planning events to meet clients' demand
  -Create and execute the marketing activation campaign as role of consultant and leader
  -Manage the account management teams’ budget and hit or exceed monthly targets and provide solution to recover if month target is not achieved.
  -Learn and recognize triggers based on client behavior and engage with client who request to terminate or downgrade service.
  -Generate the jobs with existing clients and expand new businesses.
  -Participate in and improve the in-house brand promotions.
  -Lead the internal team for developing and operating the client’s campaigns.
  -Engage with 7-8 projects per day via live contact and follow up with all prospects
  -Give enough coaching to develop working skills/ attitude for team members
  -Create event planning
