Cooperating with teams and assisting senior officers, drive JCB business with new/existing partners that lead to increase of cardholders, merchants and sales volume

<New partner>
- Negotiate with new partner candidates to encourage them to do JCB business at earliest timing.
- Maintain close relationship with candidates for success of business and update the latest situation of them, and in put the advantages of JCB and the benefit.
- Support the candidates to set up system and operation related matters, working with teams in Tokyo and Thailand.
- Collect and analyze the cooperation between JCB’s competitors and candidates reflect to JCB’s activities.
- Work with senior officers and colleagues properly and raise the ability of the officers under you.
<Existing partner>
- Negotiate with the existing partners to encourage them to expand JCB business at earliest timing.
- Maintain close relationship with partners for success of business and update the latest situation of them, and in put the advantages of JCB and the benefit.
- Support the partners to set up system and operation related matters as per partner’s or JCB’s requirement, working with teams in Tokyo and Thailand.
- Support partners to drive the routine operation with JCB.
- Collect and analyze the cooperation between partners and JCB’s competitors and reflect to JCB’s activity.
- Work with the marketing team to inform the promotions and brand services to partners and to increase and upgrade the promotions and brand services in cooperation with partners.
- Work with senior officers and colleagues properly and raise the ability of the officers under you.
<New product / rule implementation>
- Collect and analyze the situation in the card payment industry and partners’ needs, and develop a plan to make an appropriate service or rule for JCB.
- Execute the plan and support partners to make the implementation of each new item and ensure that functions effectively.
- Collect and analyze the status of JCB’s competitors and reflect to JCB’s activity.
- Work with senior officers and colleagues properly and raise the ability of the officers under you.

- English; Upper-Intermediate Level
- Experience; Sales(B to B or B to C) in Vietnamese banking for 1-2 years
- About sales experience; contacting with another company(not as a sales) is OK!!
- Can think and take action by yourself

- Working in Vietnamese big banking that deal with JCB credit cards, not in foreign banking.英語
