  -This position mainly works in the office(Sometimes need to go site）
  -Cooperate with Japanese Manager(HCMC) and design and draw concept design
  -This company drawn design mainly factory or Plant 90% (the others are Shopping mall, Complex, Building)
  -Sometimes require to discuss with client about the design.
  -Manage team 4~5 member and make smooth process
