    Main job will be Correspondence for the client (visitor and others come from phone)


    <Scene to use Japanese>
    - Mainly for email both of Outside and internal
    - Support client by email
    - Issue invoice by Japanese

    <HR>
    + Managing the recruitment of lawyers and paralegal including on-boarding as well as off-boarding
    + Advising the Head of Branch in regard to official legal as well as corporate policies to ensure compensations and other employment related rights and duties
    + Liaising with the Bar Association, Department of Justice in Ho Chi Minh City and Ministry of Justice in regard to activities issues of law office
    + Reporting activities of law office to Bar Association, Department of Justice and Ministry of Justice

    <GA>
    + Translating documents from Japanese, English into Vietnamese and vice-versa
    + Managing client relationships of current and potential clients for Vietnam office
    + Procurement of office supplies and supplier management
    + Arranging business travel for local staff including visa, air ticket and accommodation
    + Arranging accommodation, register foreign attorney in vietnam and temporary resident card for Japanese lawyer and family

    <Accounting>
    + Supporting to accounting team to ensure cash-flow for the Vietnam offices
    + Managing debtor and creditor accounts – supplier and client accounts payable and receivables
    + Liaising with banks and tax department for account clearance

    <Secretary>
    + Contract management for Vietnam office (HCMC office and Hanoi office)
    + Issuing invoices and managing client debits in collaboration with the Japan and Singapore offices to ensure receivables are collected on time
    + Creating monthly sales reports (fees charged to clients) for Vietnam management team.
    + Registering new case and managing all cases for Vietnam office via group’s private system.

    ※ Secretary task will occupy a little bit high ratio than others
    ※ 95% client is Japanese company
    ※ This position have to talk to the client directly about contract and invoice
