【Supply Chain Manager】
a.Managing Procurement Job (such as the arrangement of the shipments and import of agrochemical products/materials mainly from Japan, and purchase of the repacking materials from domestic suppliers in Vietnam), not to cause the shortage of the Final Products (agrochemical products which needs to be repacked in Vietnam after being imported) to be distributed by the New Company, in accordance with the updated Sales Plan/Forecast which is prepared by Sales Dept. of the New Company, such as;
1)Planning of the Procurement in pro-active manner, for various products/materials (Units of the Final Products can be over 50, thus the number of products/materials to be purchased can be over 100).
2)Communicating in fluent English with Sumitomo Corporation Group Companies for arranging the shipments of various products/materials, including negotiations for purchase prices of those products.
3)Checking the status of Procurement (Order, Shipment, Import, for each product/material to be purchased) and Adjusting the time-line of each Procurement in accordance with the updated Sales Plan/Forecast, by communicating and negotiating with each overseas Supplier in fluent English.
4)Improving the lead-time of Procurement to be shorter, by proactive manner, for a certain product/material or a certain Supplier, who can’t meet the required lead-time for the New Company to purchase it in time according to the market demand of the Final Products.
5)Studying reducing the Procurement Cost, by negotiating with overseas Suppliers of agrochemical products for the volume discount, and by discounting the price of repacking materials for agrochemical products by comparing the various Suppliers (such as for Plastic Bottles, Carton Boxes etc.) in Vietnam.
6)By customizing the New Company’s ERP system, Installing automated Procurement System in accordance with the updated Sales Plan, which is prepared by Sales Dept. of the New Company.
b.Arrangement of Repacking (and Formulation) of agrochemical products, with the Toll/Contract Manufacturers of agrochemical products in Vietnam, after agrochemical products are imported in Vietnam.
c.Controlling the Inventory Volume of the products/materials purchased and the Final Products, without causing the shortage of the Final Products while controlling the total inventory value not to be too big.
d.Communicating the Warehouse Companies which are contracted with the New Company, and managing to improve the storing conditions of the inventory owned by the New Company at such contracted Warehouse Companies, so that the inventory owned by the New Company can be controlled in safe and stored in order, not to be damaged or lost.
Co-work & support with Sales & Marketing Team to grasp the updated Sales Plan/Forecast, and with Accounting Team for proceeding the Procurement and Inventory Control.

【Manager for Fertilizers and Plant Growth Regulator Products】
a.Developing, Registering, Trading and Distributing Fertilizers and Plant Growth Regulator Products for agricultural crops in Vietnam, which are introduced by Sumitomo Corporation Group Companies from all over the world, such as;
1)Preparing the Market Research Report for the market in Vietnam for those new Fertilizers and Plant Growth Regulator Products, according to the introduction of those products from Sumitomo Corporation Group Companies.
2)Registering those products in Vietnam, according to the regulations by Ministry of Agriculture & Rural Development in Vietnam,
3)Studying the Marketing and Promotion for those products into Vietnamese market, according to the characteristics of those products,
4)Distributing those products to Dealers and Retailers for agricultural Farmers, through technical advices and price negotiations, and
5)Preparing and Controlling the Budget of those products, for Sales, Gross Profit and Sales Expenses required for marketing and promotions.
b.Any other Development and Distribution business for the products, which can’t be categorized in Fertilizers or Plant Growth Regulator Products, but used for developing agriculture in Vietnam, such as new technology to protect the Crops and so on.
c.Supporting the Indent Business, which is the import transactions between Sumitomo Corporation Group Companies and other Importers in Vietnam than the New Company, in the communication with such other Importers in Vietnamese language and then communicating with Sumitomo Corporation Group Companies in English, including some negotiations required for pricing and so on.
d.Reporting to Sales Manager, General Director and President of the New Company about the Development and Distribution business, including the report to Sumitomo Corporation Group Companies which are introducing those products to the New Company.
e. And other relevant jobs
a.Technical documentary preparation (such as Product Presentations, Technical Presentations, Promotion Tools or Materials).
b.Co-work & support with Supply Chain Team, Sales & Marketing Team for smoothly proceeding the Import, Marketing and Distribution business.

Sales Manager (Agrochemical)(Dist1)ID:13860-Dist 1
a.Managing Sales of the New Company, as follows.
1)Under General Director’s instruction, leading 3 Sales Teams, who are composed by almost 30 Regional Sales Staff and are located on local side, where the agrochemical products by the New Company are mainly sold.
2)Units of the Sales Products can be over 50, mainly agrochemicals (so called Crop Protection Products) but also including Fertilizers, Plant Growth Regulator Products and so on, which are used for the agricultures.
3)Deeply co-working with Marketing Team, who leads the technical promotion and prepare the marketing methods for the products by the New Companies.
4)Under General Director’s instruction, preparing/updating the Sales Plan per product, controlling the Budget of Sales Expenses, etc..
5)Deeply co-working with Supply Chain Management Team, who leads the procurement/shipment of the materials for the Sales Products, by sharing the updated Sales Plan, without shortage of the inventory of the Sales Products, which can cause the loss of the sales opportunity.
6)Deeply co-working with Administration Team, who leads the collection of debt from the Customer Buyers of the Sales Products, to control the over-due debt ratio less than 20% of the total debt amount.

b.Leading 3 Sales Teams, as follows.
1)Managing each Sales Team to achieve the Sales Plan/Budget.
2)Managing each Sales Team to collect the debt from the Customer Buyers, within 20% over-due debt ratio to the total debt amount.
3)Managing each Sales Team’s activities, such as their visit to Dealers for commercial negotiation, arrangement the meeting with Retailers/Farmers and so on to promote the Sales Products by the New Company.

a.Co-work & support with Marketing Team to technically promote the Sales Products by the New Company, under instruction by General Director.
b.Co-work & support with Administration Team, to control the over-due debt ratio and slow-moving inventory.
c.Co-work & support with Research & Development Team, so that Sales Team can understand the characteristics of the Sales Products by the New Company, technically and scientifically.
