<Job Summary>One of our clients, which is a very famous Japanese company, is now looking for a "Building Management Executive".<Job description (details)>- Building management: Work with Building Management team and support on preparing and managing anynecessary documents to ensure the smooth operation of the Building;- Operation management: Coordination with operation team (Engineering, Security, Cleaning, Quality control),contractors, and other interior construction supervision;- Customer Service: Support Tenants after signing of Lease Agreement in terms of operation and facilities: Handoverperiod, Parking & Tenant cards registration, receive and handle requests and concerns from tenants of TaiseiSquare Hanoi building, collaborate with relevant internal departments (CM/ Leasing, etc.) until issue resolved andto the satisfaction of tenants promptly;- Attend building operation related meetings (Engineering, Security, Cleaning);- Follow up on tenants' fit-out works with Construction Management team;- Support Accounting team in collecting rental, service charge and other necessary payments (if necessary);- Other tasks as required by Building Management Manager from time to time;- Resolve issue related to the buidling with relevant internal departments (BM/ CM etc.) until issue resolved;<Attractive points>- This company is a group company of the most famous construction company in Japan.- The office is very clean as it is a new facility that has just been completed.- It is a very challenging environment as we are involved in a newly started business.
