    【Job Summary】
    Seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Staff to join our Hanoi branch team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling a wide range of industrial supplies, tools, and machinery to manufacturing clients across Northern Vietnam.
    You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently achieved.

    In this role, you will engage directly with clients from various industries, providing technical and commercial support to ensure the best-fit solutions for their production needs. You will also collaborate with the internal technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
    This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, have a strong sense of responsibility, and enjoy working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

    The role offers exposure to a wide range of industrial products such as grinding wheels, industrial oils, filters, soldering equipment, and customized machinery.
    With strong support from Japanese management and an established reputation in the Vietnamese industrial market, you will have excellent opportunities for learning and professional growth in an international working environment.


    【Key Responsibilities】
    -Develop and expand the customer base through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
    -Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions to meet their production requirements.
    -Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
    -Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and pricing within company guidelines.
    -Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
    -Maintain close communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    -Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
    -Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and quality customer service.
    -Participate in company meetings and contribute ideas for business improvement.
    -Other tasks

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【MUST】
    -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
    -Degree not required with sufficient experience
    -At least 1 year of experience in sales enginner or customer service, preferably in industrial consumables.
    -English (Conversational Level or higher)
    -Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT).

    【Advantage】
    -Japanese Level: N3 or above
    -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    -Familiar with technical product specifications
