    • Consult and present product solutions that align with customer needs via meetings, emails, or phone calls
    • Manage the sales pipeline, track potential leads, and guide them through the conversion process.
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction to create trust and provide exceptional customer experiences, exploring further collaboration.
    • Provide professional support and solutions to customer inquiries as a product expert.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports, sharing insights with the team to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • Proficiency in Japanese : At least JLPT N2 inter
    • English: Near Intermediate level
    • Having at least 3 years sales B2B, sales project experience.
    • Ability to effectively gather detailed product information through direct communication in Japanese with the technical support team, comprehend complex technical details and nuances, and accurately convey this information to customers in Vietnamese.
    • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication, interpersonal relations, teamwork, presentation, and creativity.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective verbal and written communication, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
    • Analytical thinking, negotiation, and time management skills.
    • Self-disciplined, independent, and highly responsible in managing tasks and priorities.
